Clinicom Is Built to Scale

Clinicom today announced that Michael Brady has been elected to its Board of Directors. Brady has supported Clinicom as an investor and advisor, and his election to the board reflects the value of that relationship as Clinicom scales its behavioral health assessment platform.

Brady brings a rare combination of financial acumen and hands-on company-building experience. He began his career in capital markets as a Vice President at Gabelli & Company, and went on to spend more than two decades as an entrepreneur and operator, founding and leading specialized manufacturing companies including HP Mile, a leader in pharmaceutical labeling and RFID smart-label technology. Across his ventures, he has built teams, scaled operations, and brought new products to demanding, highly regulated markets.

He also brings governance experience shaped by service, including leadership as President of the Board of the Central New York chapter of JDRF. Brady holds a degree in economics from Fordham University and a Juris Doctor.

On the Clinicom board, Brady will help guide the company's growth and expansion, drawing on his capital markets background, his experience scaling companies, and his understanding of what it takes to bring a trusted product to market at scale.

Leadership Behind the Initiative

“I have watched Clinicom up close, and what drew me in is simple: this is a company solving a real problem, identifying behavioral health needs earlier and more accurately, in a way that can scale. I am proud to have supported it as an investor and advisor, and I am honored to join the board and help build what comes next.”

Clinicom is a company solving a real problem, identifying behavioral health needs earlier and more accurately

“Mike has spent his whole career building things and backing people he believes in, and somewhere along the way that became second nature to him. He knows the numbers cold, he knows what it takes to actually build and scale a company, and he asks the kind of grounded questions that come from having done it himself. He believed in Clinicom early as an investor and advisor, and having him formally on the board means we get more of his judgment and more of his heart. We are lucky to have him.”
