Andy Russell has joined Clinicom's Advisory Board
Clinicom Welcomes Entrepreneur and Investor Andy Russell to Its Advisory Board
Clinicom's focus on scaling responsibly
Russell is an entrepreneur, investor, and humanitarian focused on digital media, ad tech, and behavioral economics. He has co-founded and backed more than 50 ventures, including Daily Candy, Thrillist, Business Insider, LiveRamp, and Zynga. He created Empact, a collaboration platform donated to the United Nations to advance the Sustainable Development Goals, and has advised UCSF's Neuroscape Lab and several mental health technology companies. His commitment to behavioral health runs deep. Russell has served on advisory boards for Mount Sinai Child Psychiatry and the New York Stem Cell Research Foundation. He began his career at JPMorgan and holds degrees from Cornell and Columbia.
His addition to the Advisory Board reflects Clinicom's focus on scaling responsibly. As Clinicom expands access to structured behavioral health assessment across healthcare systems, Russell's experience building durable, high-growth companies, paired with his understanding of mental health, will help guide that growth.
Leadership Behind the Initiative
“I have spent my career backing teams that are trying to build something that lasts and matters, and Clinicom is squarely in that category. Identifying behavioral health needs early and accurately is one of the most important problems in healthcare, and I am glad to help this team scale its impact.”
Andy Russell, Clinicom Advisory Board Member

Clinicom expands access to structured behavioral health assessment across healthcare systems
“Andy has built and backed more companies than almost anyone I know, and yet what stands out about him is where he points all that energy. He genuinely cares about mental health, about impact, about using technology to help people. That combination of a builder's instincts and a real heart for this work is exactly what we hoped for in an advisor, and we are grateful to have him in our corner.”
Michael Horning, Chief Executive Officer, Clinicom
